SHIPPING
How can I check my order status?
A shipping notification containing tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is packed and shipped.
How long should I expect it to get my package once I order?
After placing your order, allow at least 1 to 3 business days for processing and packing. After your order is fulfilled and sent out you will receive email confirmation. Domestic shipping varies and can take anywhere from 3 days up to two weeks to arrive depending on your local postal service efficiency.
We intend to get you your order as fast as possible, but there is always the possibility of an item being backordered. If that unfortunately becomes the case, we will contact you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is determined by the weight of your order and the location of your delivery.
Is there international shipping?
Yes, but please note that shipping costs are determined by your location.
What if my package gets lost?
We hate to hear that but life happens! if this happens to you, contact us by email at hello@kissmyuterass.com All claims for packages lost in the mail must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after the supposed delivery date.
We will cover shipping and replacement costs on orders that have a confirmed and correct shipping address as the one given with the original order.
If a package is registered as delivered but you think you have not received it, unfortunately we will not replace that order and any replacement would be at your expense.
My order shows it has been returned to sender?
Any orders that were placed with incorrect shipping information or that were unsuccessfully delivered will become unclaimed and are sent back to us.
Unclaimed orders and orders that require new shipping information are potentially subject to new shipping charges.
PAYMENT
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, if you have one there will be a place for you to use that at checkout.
Oops, I forgot to use my discount code!

Can I cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes.
Why has my order been canceled?
Any order that is suspected of being fraudulent will promptly be cancelled and will remain unfulfilled.
